香港視覺藝術中心是康樂及文化事務署的藝術推廣辦事處轄下的藝術發展中心，位於香港公園內的西面，為一所讓視覺藝術家互相觀摩、學習、交流創作的地方。

中心前身是舊域多利軍營卡素樓，建於1900年左右，當時用作已婚軍人宿舍，日軍侵港期間曾遭猛烈轟炸，戰後得政府決定重新修復遭破壞部分。

The building situated in the Hong Kong Park. It is an historic building. It was build around 1900.

卡素樓樓高三層，主要以愛德華古典復興風格作建築主題。建築物以四個階級組成以遷就位置的陡斜地勢，在香港的建築物中是十分罕見的設計。建築物東西兩面原來設有拱形列柱組成的走廊，現時走廊被玻璃窗封了起來以增加樓面的可用面積。外牆亦被塗上灰色和粉紅色，顏色非常奪目搶眼。現時卡素樓已被列為香港一級歷史建築物, 十分值得旅客到此一遊以見證香港的歷史和藝術發展。

The building will be used to organize different kinds of art activities such as workshops, lectures, residence programs, etc. The building are fully equipped with eight art studios for ceramic, sculpture and printmaking to offer the acquisition of experience and skills by gathering artists and art lovers.
